Project Description

The existing 2.83 acre City of West Palm Beach Fire Station #5, located at the southeast corner of North Congress Avenue and Hank Aaron Drive, was originally constructed in the early 1970’s and was replaced with a new state of the art, LEED certified, fire station and Emergency Operations Center.  Our services included civil engineering design, phased demolition plans, permitting, assistance with bidding and construction observation as well as off-site improvements including the relocation of existing emergency exit signal mast arms and associated signal design and permitting.
