





Cleared in 2023 and completed in June 2025, the development features four hangar buildings totaling approximately 161,000 square feet within a privately gated area that includes an exclusive owners’ lounge, boardrooms and amenities. Each hangar condominium, ranging from 1,600 to 4,500 square feet, is fully customizable and equipped with climate control and a private restroom. The site also includes an 84,000-square-foot business park building, internal roadways, and supporting utilities/stormwater infrastructure.
Simmons & White provided comprehensive civil engineering and transportation planning services from project inception through permitting and construction. Services included site plan assistance, stormwater modeling, traffic analysis, utility design, access and AutoTurn studies, U-turn evaluations, construction plan preparation, permitting, and services during construction.
