The premier venue for international polo and winter equestrian activities in the United States, the Village of Wellington is home to the world-famous grounds of the National Polo Center. A one-of-a-kind experience that draws huge crowds from far and wide, the excitement of a Sunday afternoon polo match is a long-standing tradition in Palm Beach County. 

 The National Polo Center includes a Grandstand, restaurants, pool, fitness center and tennis courts with five different polo field locations. While the polo season runs from winter through spring, the center remains open throughout the year for public and private events. The level of coordination and maintenance required to keep this expansive property in pristine condition year-round is a tremendous feat of its own.

 Simmons & White was the design engineer in the early 1990’s as a part of the original design team to transform a fallow orange grove into a premier international polo destination. Simmons & White has been the lead engineer for multiple site modifications over the past decades and has been working with the United States Polo Association on major site improvements following their purchase of the property in 2022.
