Project Spotlight
North Palm Beach Country Club
The historic North Palm Beach Country Club first opened to the public in 1963 and remains a Village of North Palm Beach owned property to this day, providing first class amenities and entertainment year-round without the requirement of a club membership. Guests can enjoy a round of golf or tennis, relax by the pool and newly constructed splash pad, and experience fresh farm to table dining.
In 2018, the club was completely reconstructed into an elevated, luxury destination with a 37,000 square foot clubhouse to accommodate the new Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. The 50-meter pool and diving zone was also renovated to host a variety of events for athletes and families to enjoy in a spacious and inviting environment, blending seamlessly into the natural landscape bordering the Intracoastal Waterway.
Simmons & White was a subconsultant on this expansive renovation, providing paving, drainage, water and wastewater design services, permitting with the Village of North Palm Beach, South Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Transportation, and Seacoast Utility Authority, and supplying additional support services during construction.
