Interstate Crossroads Logistics Center, LLC
Strategically positioned between I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike in Fort Pierce, Interstate Crossroads Logistics Center offers over 1 million square feet of modern industrial warehouse space with direct access to both interstate highways. Roughly 132 acres were developed on vacant land to make way for the facility, which allows for 412 parking spaces for tractor trailers and 472 parking spaces for automobiles. This location is ideal for a variety of industries to store and ship products and materials, as it’s a quick 1-hour trip to Palm Beach County or 2-hour trip to Orlando and Miami.
Simmons & White was involved with the site planning assistance, stormwater management calculations, paving, drainage, and sanitary sewer construction plans and permitting.
During construction we also requested site inspections to view ongoing site development including paving, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer installation.
