Simmons & White was retained by the Developer to assist in performing Due Diligence Studies on the property prior to closing. After passing the feasibility stage of the development, we provided civil and traffic engineering assistance during the entitlement process with the City of Palm Beach Gardens, including coordination with Seacoast Utility Authority as well as Palm Beach County (RCA Boulevard) including the design and permitting of a culvert installation to fill the existing road side canal along RCA Boulevard and a new pedestrian flasher to provide a crossing of RCA Boulevard. Simmons & White prepared and processed governing agency approvals and provided Construction Administration Services through project certifications and the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
