Old Palm Golf Club: Timeless Style Meets Modern Florida Living

Old Palm Golf Club, a private residential community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, combines classic architecture with luxury amenities to create an opulent oasis for members and guests. The club recently underwent an expansive renovation led by Peacock + Lewis Architects and Planners. This project converted a 3,689 SF fitness center into a Bistro with outdoor seating and a poolside bar, and created a new state of the art 17,637 SF lifestyle center and pool. 🌴

Simmons & White provided paving, drainage, water and wastewater design services, construction administration oversight, and permitting management with the City of Palm Beach Gardens, South Florida Water Management District, Northern Palm Beach County Improvement District, and Seacoast Utility Authority. Simmons & White also designed the expansion of the Men’s Grill and Putting Green. ⛳️
