Traffic Signal Design Annual Contract

Simmons & White, Inc. serves as prime consultant on an annual services contract with Palm Beach County for traffic signal design. We have held this contract for four consecutive terms, which consists of one year of services with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms commencing on the anniversary date. Our services include but are not limited to traffic and transportation engineering and analysis, traffic signal system design, geotechnical evaluation, structural analysis and design, permitting, utility coordination, shop drawing review, and construction coordination. As the prime consultant, we are also responsible for managing and coordinating with the appropriate subconsultants and permitting agencies such as the Florida Department of Transportation, Lake Worth Drainage District, Palm Beach County and utility providers.
