VINE ON CLEMATIS: Topping Out Party Nov. 6, 2024

Simmons & White, Inc. is pleased to be a part of the development team for a new and innovative mixed use development at 512 Clematis Street in the City of West Palm Beach. Developers Frank Navarro and Keith Spina have seen their vision of apartment residences for young urban professionals come to life at the Topping Out Party hosted by Rex Kirby and Verdex Construction.

Scheduled for occupancy in the Spring of 2025, ‘Vine on Clematis’ has been a collaborative effort between design professionals, contractors, and the City of West Palm Beach.
